Transport update: New minibus!
The arrival of our brand-new minibus marked a very special day in our charity. Our two old minibuses were reaching the end of their lives and with more stringent emission controls, quite rightly, looming, the time was perfect to replace the two previous minibuses with a new one. This would not have been possible without the very generous financial support of the City Bridge trust and also the input from KHWS, a local Branding company, who provided not only financial support but also produced the livery design.
The minibus is used to transport clients to and from our twice weekly lunch club, on fortnightly shopping trips and for other outings that take place throughout the year.
The clients love the more comfortable and smarter style and it has been given a big ‘thumbs up’ from volunteer drivers.
