Laura hikes to raise money for FCV Dorcas
Our fabulous Project Manager Laura is going to hike for 5 days along the Northern part of the ‘toughest trail in Europe’.
Laura is the Project Manager for FCV Dorcas and can see the importance of raising awareness and funds for small projects like ours that do so much with so little. “I have worked for this charity for nearly three years and am in awe of the volunteers, trustees and committee members who work tirelessly to ensure we can continue to provide frontline services to isolated elderly and disabled residents of Islington. I am no professional walker, but I have sturdy calves, a love of mountain air and mind-blowing views and lots of motivation to raise funds for a charity I care deeply about.”
